At ADR Group, we offer straightforward, transparent pricing for mediation services—no hidden costs, just clear, fixed fees. Our rates are structured to give you flexibility, whether you prefer virtual or in-person mediation.
Virtual/Online Mediation
- 8-hour mediation: £750.00 + VAT per party
- 4-hour mediation: £500.00 + VAT per party
In-Person Mediation (UK only)
- 8-hour mediation: £1,000.00 + VAT per party
What’s Included in the Above Fees:
- All reasonable preparation time
- The choice of an ADR Group Accredited Mediator
- Administration fees
*Please note non-money claims, such as boundary and right of way disputes, are not covered under these rates. Please contact us to discuss pricing for dispute if this nature.
Additional Time
If the mediation exceeds the scheduled duration, an additional hourly charge of £100.00 + VAT per party will apply, subject to agreement between all parties.
Travel Costs
Our mediators do not charge for travel time. However, any reasonable travel expenses (e.g., transportation, accommodation) will be charged at cost, and are added to the total fee.
