Meet The team
Mark Belford
Managing Director, Mark joined the ADR Group in 2014, following 20 years at a leading set of barristers’ chambers. Mark heads up the training team and is responsible for the overall management, growth and strategic direction of the company.
Matthew Binstead
Dispute Resolution Services Executive, Matt joined the ADR Group in 2022. Matt is responsible for the general day-to-day management of ADR Group’s mediators.
Catherine Reeves
Catherine joined us in 2024, and is responsible for all of our Consumer Disputes. Catherine also assists Matthew with the day-to-day management of ADR Group’s mediators.
Claire Wiseman
Claire joined us in 2025, and assist all teams with the day-to-day running of ADR Group and its members.
