There are a number of ways to initiate the workplace mediation process.
Complete our online Case Referral Form which will be allocated to a Mediation Case Advisor who will contact you upon receipt to propose workplace mediators suitable to act in your matter.

Download our Case Referral Form, complete all necessary sections and either send or fax back to our Mediation Case Advisors. You will be contacted shortly thereafter to confirm receipt and we will propose from our panel the workplace mediators most suited to your dispute.
