Referral Process
We operate a quick and effective mediation referral process. The attached flow chart will guide you through our standard process, although we often tailor our approach to meet with particular needs of our clients. Cost of Mediation
ADR Group will provide you with a list of accredited mediators most suited to meet the particular needs of your dispute. All mediators are graded in accordance with their specialist experience and years of mediation practice. Included within our competitive pricing structure is the Administration Services offered by the ADR Group.

ACAS Code of Practice
The Acas Code of Practice Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures provides basic practical guidance to employers, employees and their representatives and sets out principles for handling disciplinary and grievance situations in the workplace.
