Types of Workplace Disputes

Mediation can help to resolve a wide range of different conflicts within the workplace environment.

Including complaints concerning:

  • sexual harassment
  • Unfair or constructive dismissal
  • Discrimination
  • Bullying

And conflict between:

  • managers and employees
  • two or more employees
  • board members and senior management disputes

In these cases, the mediator may either be an independent member of staff (for example a trained mediator within an HR function) or an external third-party mediator. The choice depends largely on the established dispute resolution processes of the organisation and the severity of the case.

ADRg provides both an outstanding range of training for workplace conflict resolution and a national panel of experienced, professional third party mediators where required.
