Trainer:
Visiting International Lecturer, Patrick Cavanagh LLB LLM (Hons), is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law, Commercial Negotiator and Mediator. Patrick is the Co-Director of Dispute Resolution Centre, Bond University, teaching over 350 programmes on negotiation, mediation and arbitration skills in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, England, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and India. Prior to this, he was heavily involved in the promotion of court annexed mediation programmes sponsored by both the public and private sector. Patrick has been involved in over 500 mediations involving commercial disputes.
