Our innovative Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Training programme is designed for the ADR professional who wishes to offer an additional mediation capability. This practical course equips the individual with the right skills to confidently conduct mediation online.
ODR enables parties in dispute to settle their differences over the internet without attending face-to-face mediation. Our training programme allows the delegate to learn how to resolve conflict through a blend of online tools using real-time confidential discussion rooms over a secure online platform.
Successful completion of the course will enable you to conduct mediation sessions online or as a tool to support preparation for traditional face to face mediations.
The course is designed for already qualified mediators who have completed a mediation training course with a competent mediation training organisation recognised by the Civil Mediation Council or equivalent. This course is delivered entirely online.
Successful completion leads to being awarded the ADR Group Certificate of Accreditation as a Online Mediator.
Aligning yourself to the right organisation is key to developing a mediation practice. ODR has been gaining popularity, not least because of the 2015 regulation (EU) No. 524-2013 and 2013-11-EC Directive incorporated into UK law. However, the ADR Group have been offering ODR services since 2006, leading the field in developing progressive innovative methods in mediation.
After successfully completing the ADR Group training course, you are eligible to join ADR Group's membership, a strong network of ADR professionals where you can benefit from networking events, introduction to mediators and other continual professional development opportunities.
