Pamela Whitehead, PhD – Business Consultant and Accredited Mediator
Pam has over 30 years hands on business experience across a range of industries and professions working with SMEs and top FTSe 100 Companies which enables her to deal effectively with a wide range of civil commercial and workplace disputes. Pam applies her business acumen to offer a practical and problem solving approach to helping parties achieve a workable agreement. Pam is also a Human Resources professional and her lengthy background in business combined with this specialism enables her to bring to the process of mediation project management and coaching experience skills.
Pam acts as a consultant to various organisations offering interim management, training and development, mentoring, executive coaching and mediation. Prior to this, Pam was Head of HR
Mortgage Operations and Scottish Widows Bank for Lloyds Banking Group. She was responsible for 4,500 colleagues across the UK and India. In partnership with the Operations Director shaped and developed the Mortgage Story which served the strategic direction of the newly formed organisation focusing on integration of colleagues and sites across all Brands in the UK to form a unified Lloyds Banking Group mortgage team. Responsible for resourcing, recruitment and training of all the call centres handling acquisition through to servicing and complaints handling across the UK and India. Managed a team of 8 HR Business Partners and L & D Specialists across all Brands in Retail Developed Line Manager Potential Programme. During her time at Lloyds, Pam was the HBOS Head of Performance culture and prior to that, Head of Learning and Development and Senior Regional Training Manager.
Since joining ADR Group’s training faculty Pam has trained and accredited many mediators and delivered programmes in both the United Kingdom and Europe.

Zoe Giannopoulou PhD– Lawyer and Accredited Mediator
Zoe Giannopoulou is a lawyer and an Accredited Mediator with ADR Group UK (Accredited Mediator in Civil & Commercial Mediator Training Programme) where she is also a member of their International Training Faculty. Zoe is also an Accredited Mediator by the Greek Ministry of Justice (Law 3898/201). Zoe obtained her Law degree, her master degree and her PhD in Commercial and Economic Law from the Law Faculty of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Zoe is a practicing Lawyer in Greece in the field of corporate business and commercial law. She has been continuously involved in further professional training on mediation (MATA UK, Mediation and Training Alternatives, England, Advanced Mediation Training Course, Harvard Law School – Harvard Negotiation Institute, Program on Negotiation – Mediation Workshop) and she is an accredited Trainer for Mediators (Training of Mediation Trainers Course, Professional Trainership,The Toolkit Company, The Netherlands). She is a member of the Thessaloniki’s Bar Mediation Committee, a mediator and alternative dispute resolution counsel at «Greek Franchise Association».
She has been giving lectures and seminars in the field of mediation in cooperation with many Bar Associations, Chambers of Commerce, the European Academy of Law (ERA), the World Mediation Forum, UIA, the International Hellenic University, the Anatolia Institute of Management Leadership, the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, and she participates as a professional mediator and judge in many International Commercial Mediation Competitions (ICC).
