Consultancy
ADR Group has already designed and developed a number of court-annexed mediation programmes for individual countries in Europe and beyond. This programme includes consultation, research and evaluation of existing procedures, setting up case management systems and developing a mediation awareness campaign for the community.

Training
ADR Group offers a full range of in-country training programmes for:

• Persons to become mediators
• Lawyers or NGO's to prepare their clients for mediation
• Business managers to use mediation as a management tool to resolve internal conflicts.

For all the above programmes, the ADR Group can also offer train-the-trainer programmes as part of its knowledge transfer policy.
