British Coal Miners Mediation Scheme for Respiratory and Vibration White Finger.
In 1998 the Department of Energy and Climare Change (DECC) appointed under contract ADR Group as the sole provider of specialist personal injury and clinical negligence mediation services. Not many cases have come to mediation through the scheme despite the recent high profile public attention drawn to the professionals handling the legal cases. The plight of cases still outstanding is high on the political agenda.
