ADRNet
ADR Net Limited was created for two specific reasons:
- to provide a home for mediators where they can share experience, best practice and knowledge to further their skills, and
- to provide potential parties to mediation access to a nation-wide panel of trained professional mediators managed through a membership body
Parties seeking to appoint a mediator look for reputation, experience and professionalism. ADR Net mediators are professionals in their own right who have elected to train and qualify as mediators through ADR Group’s highly acclaimed mediator foundation training course. The reputation and experience of ADR Net mediators is well known and highly regarded.
Membership of ADR Net is upon application and all ADR Net panel mediators subscribe to ADR Group’s Mediation Procedure and Code of Conduct. They also adhere to a Continuous Professional Development policy as part of their requirement to retain their panel membership status.
Registered ADR Net panel members are fully insured under a group wide Professional Indemnity Policy for all mediation work undertaken through and under the auspices of ADR Group.
ADR Net Limited is a company limited by guarantee and is the membership holding company of the ADR Group. It is has a Board of Directors elected by the membership. Various training, educational and networking events take place each year. ADR Net holds an Annual Mediators’ Conference with leading speakers from the UK and around the world.
Membership of ADR Net consists of four different categories:
- Corporate
- Individual
- Associate
- Judicial
